Problem in details from users: "I have done as instructed, turning off the sharing from the air printer app. Quit the app, Open again and turn on the sharing on the air printer app. However, on my iPhone or iPad, no air printer found. Then I repeated the procedure and restarted my mac. After starting my mac, i started the air printer app and turned on sharing. Still, no air printer found."
If you encounter the similar problem, please refer to the instruction below:
1. Click the button to switch the status from ON to OFF. As shown in the following image:
2. Find the icon of this app in your Mac’s task bar. Right-click the icon and click Quit.
3. Restart the app and try to find the printer on your iPhone. It will be shown in the printer list.
Besides, please ensure that your printer is enabled in the Wi-Fi environment.
Please check that in your wifi network whether you have disabled SSID broadcast for your home wifi security measure. If so, please enable it, then air printers will show without a problem.
