How to add a PDF printer from Mac to Windows system and print it.



First, start the PDF Printer software on your Mac computer, Also, make sure your computer firewall is running PDF Printer to receive network information. and Connect to the same network or wifi name.

Then, on your Windows PC, open System Settings and find the printer and scanner options as follows:

1. Click the "Add Device" button, and it will automatically search for nearby printers.

2. Wait for about 10 seconds, and the available printers will be displayed. Click the "Add" button when it appears



3. You can click on printer settings(Printing preferences) to view and modify some default paper size and other settings of the printer.



After successfully adding a PDF printer, you can try printing documents using Word, Excel, PDF, images, and web pages.

How to print document to mac on Windows

1. Open a PDF file in Chrome browser, select the "Print" menu, then a pop-up window will appear to modify the printing options.
2. Click "Print" and you will receive the newly created PDF file on your Mac computer.


3. Double click to open a Word file. Microsoft Word software can edit and print Word files very well.
4. You can modify custom parameters in the Word printing options and then choose to print as a PDF file.
